I live in the central ward in Kobe, and this seagull character is its mascot.
the nearby bakery offers season’s special bread for Hinamatsuri (dolls festival on March 3rd).
I found this Happy toys project Christmas tree in Kobe the other day, and it made me super happy, because I used to see this annual event in my ex-neighborhood in Tokyo.
