lunch:)
my hubby sent me the photo of his *power lunch*.
leaf-maki rice
cheese was my first try, because I usually make it Korean style,
but being influenced by tacos, I added cheese for topping option and it was so good;)
sweet and sour something is my all time favorite when I go to a Chinese restaurant!x)
Our brunch sunny-side-ups looked like a bug’s face… D:
humble home dinner the other day
Here’s your lunch!
The soup in the black bowl is almost transparent in color, which is called *osumashi* or *osuimono*. It’s Japanese style consomme made from fish and/or seaweed broth.
These are takoten(octopus tempura), tamago-tofu(egg tofu), some pickles, and the green one in front is boiled wild vegetables in sweet vinegar.
Today’s mapo dinner
dinner photo my husband sent me the other day from Nagasaki.
they are chicken katsu, tamagoyaki(the egg) and hijiki seaweed(the black one)
